Click Start 7-day free trial on the homepage, fill in your name, email, country, password, and accept our Terms. Confirm your email through the link we send and you're in. The trial does not start until you also enter a payment method.

Click Forgot password on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email valid for 60 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder and ensure your registered email is correct.

Go to Account → Settings. Submit your new email and confirm via the verification link sent to that new address. The change takes effect once verified; the old email remains on file for audit purposes only.

Yes. Enable TOTP-based 2FA in Settings → Security. We support all standard authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden). Backup codes are generated at setup; keep them somewhere safe.

You enter a card at signup but nothing is charged for the first 7 days. On day 7 your card is automatically charged $100 and the monthly subscription begins. You can cancel any time during the trial from your account dashboard with zero charge.

Stripe automatically emails you a receipt the moment the first charge processes. We do not send a separate "trial ending" reminder — set yourself a reminder if you want one before day 7. Cancellation takes seconds from the account dashboard.

Each email address and payment card is eligible for one trial. Re-trials open up automatically 6 months after the end of any previous TTerminal membership. Attempts to bypass with duplicate emails, IPs, or cards are blocked automatically.

Full Pro access — every dashboard, every signal, every market. There are no feature limitations during the trial; the only constraint is the 7-day duration.

Stripe automatically retries failed payments over the following 7 days. You receive an email each time so you can update your card if needed. After 7 days of failed retries, your access is paused (not deleted) and resumes the moment payment succeeds.

Purchase any Dolvero challenge through our affiliate link, then enter the email you used for the Dolvero purchase on activate.php. Verification is automatic within 10 minutes. $25K challenge unlocks 1 month, $50K unlocks 2 months, $100K+ unlocks 3 months of Pro access.

Register a new PuPrime account through our partner link, deposit funds, and enter your PuPrime UID in activate.php. Deposits of $350 / $600 / $800+ unlock 1 / 2 / 3 months of Pro respectively. Verification runs every 30 minutes via the PuPrime IB API.

Yes. In your PuPrime Client Portal, go to Profile → Transfer IB/CPA and submit a request with type IB Transfer, new IB code 7526786, reason Educational. Once PuPrime confirms (1-3 working days), use our contact form from your PuPrime account address. Pro stays active as long as you trade at least 5 lots/month.

For Dolvero / PuPrime-new (fixed-term Pro), access drops to the free tier on the expiry date. You can either renew through another partner activation or subscribe directly at $100/month. Your watchlists and journal are retained for 90 days.

Open the Dashboard first — it gives you the headline view (top movers, live news, conviction scores). Add a couple of instruments to your watchlist. Daily Briefing is generated overnight (typically before European open). Each module shows its own freshness indicator.

All scores are informational analytical tools, not buy/sell recommendations. If a value looks genuinely broken (stuck, contradicts visible data, throws an error), use our contact form with the symbol, timestamp, and screenshot. We aim to triage within 24 hours.

Yes. Every page is fully responsive and works on iPhone and Android browsers. There is no native app yet — the web version is updated frequently enough that an app would lag behind. PWA install is supported (add to home screen).

Yes. Watchlists, screener results, signal history, and your trading journal can all be exported as CSV from their respective screens. Bulk historical data export is available on request for Pro subscribers.

No. We do not sell personal data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Operational processors (payment, hosting, email delivery) are bound by data processing agreements compliant with EU GDPR.

Primary infrastructure runs in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Amsterdam) operated by DigitalOcean. Backups are also stored within the EEA. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
